A circus show where we will embark on a journey to the mansion of Doña Terrorífica, a strange woman surrounded by monstrous characters with extraordinary abilities.
The tumultuous arrival of Paute and Capitano at the Mansion unsettles all its inhabitants, who look unfavorably upon the outsiders. But everything changes when they discover that Lucia, an innocent girl whom they desire for themselves, is traveling with them.

The circus box offices open 2 hours before the show, and access to the venue will be granted 30 minutes before the performance begins.
The ticket reservation service on this website allows you to reserve seats with a discount applied to the box office price. No other promotions or discounts will be applied to these specially discounted online tickets.
Promotions and discounts cannot be combined. Online reservations can be collected on the same day of the show at The Enchanted Circus box offices.
Reservations can be made up to 30 minutes before the show. Reservations not collected 30 minutes before the show will be released for sale at the box office.
To collect reserved tickets, you must present the confirmation email, either printed or on your smartphone or tablet. If you do not receive your confirmation email, take a screenshot of the page with your reservation number. This screenshot will also serve as proof of reservation to collect your tickets at the box office. Additionally, check your spam folder. Children under 24 months do not need a ticket. Starting from 2 years old, they require a ticket.
The seating areas are unnumbered. The zone designation is respected, and as people enter our facilities, ushers accompany spectators in an orderly manner. Those arriving first will sit in the best seats available within their designated zone. If you are in one or more groups with tickets for the same zone and enter together, you can sit together without any issues.
Yes, there is wheelchair access available. In fact, we offer a 50% discount in the VIP zones for the wheelchair user and one accompanying person. These discounts are only available in person at our ticket offices.
Yes, we offer a 30% discount for all these groups. These discounts are applied directly at the ticket office before purchasing tickets, upon presentation of the corresponding physical documentation. These discounts cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. The discount is applicable to all seating areas except general seating.

We have a bar and café service offering a wide variety of products including soft drinks, popcorn, and more, ensuring a complete experience during your visit. We aim to provide all our spectators with access to comforts and food options throughout their time with us. Please note that bringing outside food into the circus is not allowed due to internal regulations and policies. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy our bar and café services during your stay at the circus.
